Author's Note
skriPmeL Seven is inspired by Stanisław Lem's timeless classic, The Tales of Pirx the Pilot . With "scriPmeL Seven," I attempt to continue Lem's spirit—one that is ironic, philosophical, meticulous about the details of intelligence, yet with a slight deviation towards the absurd and domestic logic. Every device on the ship is not solely a machine, but a bearer of action, character, and ritual; every conflict and interaction is an occasion for reflection, a smile, and contemplation.
This is not simply a story about space. This is an experiment in perspective: what would the mission look like if reason and meaning were measured by internal rather than external criteria.
